  • Offenses against family rights and duties (child abduction and abandonment of the home); Failure to pay alimony and child support.

  • Offenses against property and against the socio-economic order (theft, robbery, usurpation, misappropriation, fraud, punitive insolvencies, alteration of prices in public tenders, auctions and damages).

  • Offenses relating to intellectual and industrial property rights, the market and consumers.

  • Corporate crimes (unfair administration, false accounting, abuse of majorities and imposition of injurious agreements, denial of information rights).

  • Offenses of selling stolen goods and money laundering.

  • Offenses against the Public Treasury and Social Security (tax offenses, subsidy fraud and Social Security fraud).

  • Offenses against the rights of workers (trafficking of illegal labourers, imposition of abusive labour conditions and infringements in the field of prevention of occupational hazard prevention, accidents in the workplace.).

  • Offenses against public health (dispatch and delivery of damaged or expired medicines, alteration in the manufacture of medicines, food contamination, cultivation, processing or trafficking of narcotics).

  • Offenses against road safety (reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages or toxic substances, driving without permission or license and refusal to undergo alcohol tests).

  • Forgery (falsification of currency, credit cards and stamped effects; forgery of public, official, commercial and private documents).

  • Offenses against public administration (breach of legal duty by public officials, omission of duty to prosecute offenses, denial of providing assistance, bribery, influence peddling, misappropriation of public funds, fraud and  unauthorized levies, negotiations and activities prohibited to public officials).

  • Offenses against justice (breach of legal duty by Judges, failure of the duty of crime prevention, use of force in defence of private property or rights, accusation and false claim, false testimony, obstruction of  justice and professional disloyalty, breach of conviction).

  • Offenses relating to the practice of fundamental rights and public freedoms.

  • Offenses against public order offences against authority, agents and public officials, resistance and disobedience, public disorder, illicit possession of weapons and explosives).
