SCOPES OF ACTION:

 

• COMPULSORY EXPROPRIATION AND ASSESSMENTS:  processing expropriation files, attendance to preliminary property occupation settlements, appraisal documentation, allegations, appeals, quantification and claiming of late interests, as well as all matters relating to property retrieval proceedings.

• SUBSIDIES AND AIDS: We provide advice in obtaining subsidies and aids as well as processing requests made by the Administration intending to refund subsidies and aids.

• INFRINGMENT PROCEEDINGS.

• RESPONSIBILITY OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND PUBLIC OFFICIALS.

• REGULATED SECTORS: We provide advice in relation to the different regulated sectors (water, mines, coasts, ports, tourism, transport ...), and most recently , telecommunications or online gambling .

• PUBLIC TENDERING: Advice on public tenders.  Preparing and reviewing tender conditions. Drafting of legal reports. Requests for clarification and appeals. Termination of agreements, claim for payment of fair price compensation, late interest fees, attendance to contract award committees.

• TAX PROCEDURES: advice and professional assistance in any kind of tax procedure affecting our clients, at any procedural stage (allegations, appeals before the tax administration, claims before the Economic-Administrative Courts, etc.).

• LEGAL COUNSEL IN ALL CONTENTIOUS-ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS BEFORE COURT IN RELATION TO THE MATTERS ABOVE.
